What’s the difference between fobs, cards and mobile credentials?
They all do the same core job — prove who someone is at a door — but differ in convenience and cost. Fobs and cards are simple and familiar; mobile credentials let staff use their phone and are easy to issue or revoke remotely. We recommend what fits how your site actually runs.
Can I control access by time and by area?
Yes. Access can be set by person, by door and by time — so contractors only get in during working hours, and restricted areas stay restricted to the people who should be there, without slowing down everyone else.
What happens if someone loses a fob or leaves?
